days majority of the people are suffering from different health probrems due to
much relient on packed food. Packed food

on vegetarian diet can make you escape from these problem as they are rich of
nutrients that are profitable to the humans body.

vegetarian diet is associated with a higher consumption of fiber, folic acid,
vitamins C and E, magnesium, unsaturated fat, and countless
